<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Is it time to batten down the hatches?</span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">It has certainly been a torrid time since the <strong>Overhaul</strong> for many, myself included. Picking <strong>Dominic</strong> <strong>Calvert-Lewin</strong> was definitely an error on my part. The injury to <strong>Adam Webster </strong>was rather unfortunate. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Many opted for <strong>Jordan</strong> <strong>Pickford</strong> as their <strong>Everton</strong> cover and then made the move to <strong>Edouard</strong> <strong>Mendy</strong> who also got injured. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">However ,with reports that <strong>Mendy</strong> is touch and go for this weekend, it’s not the end of the world. Even if he misses a game, I would keep hold of him if he were in my team. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Those that suffered as <strong>Ferran Torres</strong> and <strong>Joel</strong> <strong>Matip</strong> didn’t feature, it's to be expected with both players being notable rotation risks from time to time. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2"><strong>Andreas</strong> <strong>Christensen</strong> didn’t feature for me last week but started and picked up a clean sheet this time round. Matip and Christensen are the price they are because of the rotation risk. That’s why you pay top dollar for <strong>Virgil van</strong> <strong>Dijk</strong> and <strong>Ruben</strong> <strong>Dias</strong>. </span></p>

<p><strong>Ivan Toney</strong> picked up his<strong> third Man of the Match</strong> this season. <strong>Allan Saint-Maximin</strong>, <strong>Mohamed Salah</strong> and<strong> David de Gea</strong> picked up their second awards while the rest of the table collected their first of the campaign so far.</p>

<h2>Sky Fantasy Football Gameweek 6 Bonus Beneficiaries<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></h2>
<p>Here are this week's bonus points winners (courtesy of <a href="https://www.ffstuff.co.uk/">ffstuff.co.uk</a>).</p>

<p><strong>Joao Cancelo</strong>, Fred, <strong>Liam</strong> <strong>Cooper</strong> and <strong>James</strong> <strong>Milner</strong> picked up <strong>double bonus for passing and tackles</strong>.</p>
<p>Cancelo is the only one that I would want for my team. He's always had a lot of strings to his bow in regards to earning Sky points. I see the appeal in Cooper with his price, passing and tackle potential.</p>
<p>No Liverpool defenders picked up any bonus and only Dias <strong>hit tier two passing</strong> for Manchester City. Cancelo achieved tier one as mentioned above.</p>
<p>None of the Arsenal defenders made the passing tiers and only <strong>Raphael</strong> <strong>Varane</strong> made tier two for Manchester United.</p>
<p><strong>Chelsea</strong> defenders were just shy in the end against Spurs but we'll take the clean sheet, goal and shots bonus for <strong>Antonio</strong> <strong>Rudiger</strong> and <strong>Thiago</strong> <strong>Silva</strong>.</p>
<p>The only <strong>Leicester</strong> player to hit tier two passing was <strong>Jannick</strong> <strong>Vestergaard.</strong> The name still brings a cold shiver to many but if he's playing regularly and getting those sort of numbers, he could soon find his way into a few teams.</p>
<p>I am concerned that a lot of players with high expectations aren't hitting the bonus points. One of these is van Dijk and I would have thought the Arsenal defenders would have done better on the passing numbers.</p>
<p>The same goes for the <strong>Brighton</strong> defence who didn't get anything but <strong>Leicester</strong> are fairly decent in possession so maybe it's just an off week.</p>
<p><strong>Manchester</strong> <strong>City</strong> is a concern as a lot of their players used to pick up passing points but this seems to be significantly down this season so far.</p>

<h2>Sky Fantasy Football Transfer Trends<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></h2>

It’s no surprise that <strong>Cristiano Ronaldo</strong> leads the <strong>transfers in</strong> list. <strong>Marcal</strong> owners may have instantly regretted bringing him in as he looked pretty dreadful against <strong>Brentford</strong>. Despite this, I’d give him a bit longer.</p>
<p>The table below shows the <strong>transfers out since Friday</strong>.</p>
<p>No surprises here as the injured and banned players lead the way. People seem to have also lost faith in <strong>Ferran</strong> <strong>Torres</strong>.</p>
