<p>The data above provides us a quick view of <strong>who has hit the bonus tiers for</strong> <strong>Crystal Palace </strong>so far this season, and as we can see (goalkeeper aside) there are three main players who regularly hit bonus points.</p>
<p>The Eagles&#8217;s top performer so far by a mile is <strong>Conor Gallagher,</strong> who has notched <strong>44 bonus points</strong>, almost double the next best performer in the squad. The interesting thing with Gallagher is how almost half of his bonus points (21) have come from Man of the Match awards. Only second behind <strong>Mohamed Salah </strong>in the whole league.</p>
<p>I think he will be highly owned in the top 1k at the start of Overhaul, but I can see issues with picking him personally.</p>
<p>There are plenty of teams who have <strong>more fixtures to play</strong>, there are rumours swirling that <strong>Crystal Palace</strong> will sign a midfielder in the transfer window (<strong>Donny van de Beek </strong>is the strongest looking option), and his <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/opta/" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="1" title="FPL Stats by OPTA - Player and Team Stats">stats</a> since the end of November have dropped off.</p>
<p>He has had 15 shots on target this season but 11 were before 27th November and, since then, in eight starts he has only managed four (three of which were against <strong>Everton). </strong>Also, his xG and xA <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/opta/" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="1" title="FPL Stats by OPTA - Player and Team Stats">stats</a> have dropped over the same period. Definitely gives me food for thought and I&#8217;m keeping a close eye on the transfer market.</p>
<p><strong>Marc Guehi </strong>has been racking up the <strong>passing bonus points</strong> all season and does face a few teams in the next set of seven fixtures who give up passing bonus regularly. When combined with potential clean sheet points, he&#8217;s someone I currently prefer over Gallagher.</p>
<p><strong>Tyrick Mitchell </strong>is someone who has been racking up tackle points throughout the season, however he is only £0.2m cheaper than Guehi who offers much more attacking potential.</p>

<p>Above is a list of players that have either fallen five passes short of passing bonus tier, or one tackle short of tackle bonus tier.</p>
<p>As we can see the two main options both have dropped just short of bonus six additional times: Guehi on the more reliable passing tiers.</p>

<p>I have adapted the above table from a data download again from <a href="https://www.ffstuff.co.uk/">FF Stuff</a> to show us the best value players in the game, which could help us if we are looking to beef up our team with lots of premium assets.</p>
<p>I have split out the final two columns to show the best value over the season as well as the previous six weeks or so to give us a better oversight of the &#8216;in form&#8217; options. I would consider anyone around the 0.9 PPGPM mark worthy of strong consideration.</p>
<p><strong>Conor Gallagher </strong>unsurprisingly has been the best value across the season and recently, with <strong>Marc Guehi</strong> and<strong> Vicente Guaita </strong>next best.</p>
<p>A player who has been gaining more starts since December is <strong>Odsonne Edouard £7.7m. </strong>He has had seven shots on target, eight big chances and an xG of 4.03 all of which are best in the period for <strong>Crystal Palace. </strong>Could be a massive punt for those really chasing.</p>

<p>The fixture chart above from <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/ian-parrins-sky-transfer-toolkit/">Ian&#8217;s Sky Fixture Planner</a> shows the fixtures currently pencilled in up to the end of March, it also shows the rearranged games still remaining for each team.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s also worth bearing in mind that fixtures on the weekend of the 18th March are likely to change due to the FA Cup involvement.</p>
<p><strong>Crystal Palace </strong>have seven games up to the end of March (rearrangements aside) which is up there with most of the teams in the league. As mentioned before, some of those games are favourable for clean sheets as well as passing bonus so an asset is an option.</p>
<p>A decision closer to the time after the transfer window closes could sway which one it is likely to be.</p>
<p>There doesn&#8217;t appear to any major fixture opportunities at the moment. The only slight one would be switching to an <strong>Arsenal </strong>asset on the 6th March for a five for two option so Guehi to Gabriel could work.</p>
<p>UPDATE</p>
<p>A game vs Watford at the end of February has heightened my interest in <strong>Crystal Palace</strong> assets, obviously worth remembering that <strong>Conor Gallagher</strong> will miss one of those games due to be ineligible to face <strong>Chelsea.</strong> I am currently thinking of choosing 2 assets in the form of <strong>Marc Guehi </strong>and taking a punt for a few games on <strong>Odsonne Edouard. </strong></p>

<p>My main pick currently would be <strong>Marc Guehi </strong>just for the greater points potential over the period to the end of March, I don&#8217;t think you need a captaincy option from them so happy enough to go against the grain.</p>
