<h2 class="p1"><span class="s1">Sky Gameweek 3 preview</span></h2>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Gameweek 2 was a bit of a disappointment. I had high hopes for<strong> Erling Haaland (£11.5m)</strong> against Bournemouth, as did most managers, so a solitary assist with one of his eight touches wasn’t great. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">For those who captained <strong>Gabriel Jesus (£9.5m)</strong> you have my admiration for daring to go against the crowd and you fully deserve the 42 points. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Those who brought in <strong>Harry Kane (£11.6m)</strong> on Sunday were rewarded with an 96th-minute equaliser. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">I still think it could have been an own goal and I’m still a bit surprised that we never saw another angle of it or that it wasn’t really questioned as being a possibility. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Still, it was only two points lost for us non-owners as he would have had an assist anyway. It's not the end of the world. </span></p>
<p><strong>More disappointment on Monday</strong></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Monday was disappointing for most managers. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">There was just a solitary shot on target for <strong>Mohamed Salah (£11.7m)</strong>, whilst <strong>Virgil van Dijk (£10.7m)</strong> and <strong>Trent Alexander-Arnold (£10.8m)</strong> both achieved tier-two passing bonus. Unfortunately there was no clean sheet to go with it.</span></p>
<p>If you made the move to <strong>Darwin Nunez (£10.5m)</strong>, it was even worse. The Uruguayan received a straight red for violent conduct and is facing a three-match ban.</p>
<p>Sky managers will now have to use one of their precious transfers to move him on.</p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">I didn’t realise how popular Nunez was - he was still in 20.6% of teams today (Wednesday).</span></p>
<h2 class="p3"><span class="s2">Sky Gameweek 3 preview</span></h2>
<p><strong>Saturday captaincy options</strong></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Saturday provides a few captaincy options. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">The early kick off sees Spurs host Wolves. <strong>Son Heung-min (£11.4m)</strong> and Kane are both good picks. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Those who did the Haaland to Kane/Son move would have had this game in mind when they made the switch.</span></p>
<p>Gabriel Jesus' haul against Leicester might bring him into the conversation for some.</p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Arsenal face Bournemouth away and Jesus looks high in confidence. He could have scored four on Saturday.</span></p>
<p><strong>Sunday captaincy options</strong></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Sunday sees three games - Leeds v Chelsea, West Ham v Brighton and Newcastle v Manchester City. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2"><strong>Kalidou Koulibaly (£9.3m)</strong> caught the eye of many last week with his goal to go alongside passing and tackle bonus. He may be a popular choice. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">The late kick-off time for Pep Guardiola's side unfortunately means we go into it blind without knowing the lineups. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Hopefully there won’t be any surprises. Will Haaland see more of the ball than against Bournemouth or will Newcastle keep him quiet too?</span></p>
<p><strong>Monday single game day</strong></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">The gameweek ends on Monday with Manchester United v Liverpool. </span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s2">Both teams desperately need a win. Salah or a Liverpool defender are surely the best choice - not many will even own a Manchester United player. </span></p>
