<p>Every FPL manager has their own opinion on rotations, but I focus on budget rotation pairs for defence, rather than attackers.</p>
<p>Attacking returns just aren't as predictable, and I hate leaving any attackers on the bench too.</p>
<p>As such, in this article I've focused on the best rotating FPL defenders instead of attackers. Let's take a look at them.</p>

<p>If you are looking at an £8.5m goalkeeping pair to start the season, <strong>Jordan Pickford (£4.5m)</strong> rotates really well with the Nottingham Forest goalkeeper, which for the purposes of this article, we'll assume is <strong>Matt Turner (£4.0m)</strong>.</p>
<p>As per the latest reports, Turner is on his way to Nottingham Forest. That should be music to the ears of FPL managers as he seems to rotate pretty well with most of the popular goalkeepers.</p>
<p><strong>Dean Henderson (£4.5m)</strong> is being linked with Forest as well, but it is very likely that any possible transfer happens after the first few Gameweeks.</p>
<p>At Everton meanwhile, since Sean Dyche took over last season, Pickford was ranked 4th for saves amongst all goalkeepers.</p>
<p>Dyche has had a full pre-season which could lead to an upturn in the Everton defence.</p>
<p>The Toffees have kept four clean sheets in six of their pre-season matches, which bodes well for them.</p>

<p>Ever since he signed for United, <strong>Andre Onana (£5.0m)</strong> has been a popular pick in many FPL drafts.</p>
<p>At £5.0m, Onana presents a cheap route into Manchester United’s defence.</p>
<p>In 2022/23, Onana had a better save percentage than De Gea and averaged 36.5 passes per game.</p>
<p>If that trend is to continue, he will be a bonus monster in the league as he will consistently beat the bonus threshold.</p>
<p>Eric Ten Hag's side were ranked mid table for shots conceded from outside the box too, which should help him with his saves potential.</p>
<p>United kept the most number of clean sheets last season, and if they are anywhere near the top this time, Onana seems like a bargain to own.</p>
<p>Good news for FPL managers is that they can pair him with Turner as a set and forget pairing.</p>
